The 2026 Africa Aviation Conference has kicked off in Nairobi Amid Aviation turbulence particularly in the Middle East
Speaking during the opening ceremony, Kenya’s Prime Cabinet secretary Musalia Mudavadi called for more open skies deepening in Africa to spur movement of people and cargo across Africa.
“African aviation sector must be opened up for much integration of the African continent to bring African people together and spur much needed economic growth’s Musalia.
The 2 day Aviation conference brings together Aviation players from across the world both for passenger and Cargo.
The Director General of Mozambique Civil Aviation called for harmonization of aviation protocols such as safety protocols to have a uniform standard that is adhered across the Aviation industry in Africa or regional or economic blocks for cost effective management of Aviation Sector.
Among the notable participants are Kenya Airways, Ethiopian Airways,Oman Arlines, Safarilink Aviation and leading cargo transport Airline in the Region Astrol Aviation
