By Thomas Ochieng 25/9/2021 In a bid to satisfy the growing demand for affordable homes in Kenya, Heri Homes and partners have launched the Legacy Ridge which sits on 200 acres parcel located in Ruiru 20kms from Nairobi CBD, with proximity to the upscale Tatu city, Ziara Ridge, Dew Ridge and Amani Ridge.

According to the Heri Homes Director for Corporate Services Solomon Kitivo said Heri homes is taking cue from the government of Kenya’s Big 4 agenda on Affordable Housing “as the legacy homes theme suggests we are keen to merge affordability and lifestyle as a package to give Kenyans great home lifestyle in affordable way” Said Mr Kitivo.

Adding that the 3,100 housing units will be of high quality and the legacy ridge will also have social amenities like schools, malls, hospital and other recreational areas.
Mr. Solomon Kitivo was speaking during the annual Homes Expo event at the Sarit Center Nairobi, where large traffic of attendees was seen at the exhibition booth of legacy Ridge development.

Legacy Ridges is also neighboring the prestigious Nova Pioneer Academy and Crawford International School.
