Kenya School of Government Launches 2023-27 Strategic Plan

The Kenya School of Government has Launched its 2023 to 2027 Strategic plan which aims to usher in a transformational journey which will make the institution on of the greatest institution in Kenya and beyond. The Kenya School of government says terms the Plan as a comprehensive roadmap that will guide our organization towards unprecedented growth, drive innovation, enhance our services and realize sustainable impact.

Giving opening remarks, Ag Director General Prof.Nura Mohamed said that the institution has laid elaborate strategies to herald new beginning where Kenya School of Government will play a pivotal role in the delivering of more focused public service for Kenya and the region.

“I wish also to thank the staff of the Kenya school of government from the different Campuses across the country who are the pivotal ingredients in actualizing the transformational journey the institution is taking in implementing the 2023 to 2027 plan” Said Professor Mohamed.

Speaking during the Launch of the Strategic Plan, Cabinet Secretary Public Service, Performance & Delivery Hon. Moses Kuria says that as a ministry he has great plans for the institution to be Africa’s Premier Public Service training institution.

“25 African Countries have signed Memorandum of Understanding with Kenya school of Government to Capacity build their public service. ” Kenya School of government has gotten badge of honor in training public service across the continent, and moving forward the University of Nairobi and Harvard University are jointly setting up the Obama Leadership Institute at the headquarters of Kenya School of Government at Kabete Nairobi County” Said CS Kuria.

Cabinet Secretary Moses Kuria added that the Former President of United States of America Barack Obama had agreed to grace the graduation of the first cohort of 50 selected individuals which will take place early 2025.
