Professor Githu Muigai has today handed over the Kenya Law office to the incoming attorney general Paul Kihara,in a somber short ceremony which shows the heavy expectations the newly appointed team,who include veteran city Lawyer Ken Ogeto as the new Solicitor General taking over from Njee Muturi.
