By Thomas Ochieng: 15/11/23 This Week Nairobi hosts one of the most talked about Business to Business B2B and Business to Government B2G interactions in Kenya, commencing on 15th to 17th November. According to the Event Organizers, this Exhibition will attract both local, regional and international Investors both in Private and Government.
Speaking during the Official Opening Ceremony, The Principal Secretary Ministry of Tourism Mr. John Ololtuaa while congratulating the China Business Community for choosing Nairobi as the host of China Trade Week, said the government of Kenya was very open for investments flow to the country.
“As the President has said time and again, there will be a policy of No Visa requirement on African countries, with Kenya and other African countries already practicing this No Visa requirement policy, businesses in Kenya and Africa should take advantage of this policy to trade more” Said Ps Ololtuaa.
The Ps added that “Kenya is very keen to attract both investors and tourists to Kenya because they are both very important for the overall growth of the Country”.
On his part the Deputy High Commissioner for Zambia to Kenya Alfred Musemuna said that Zambia will showcase its potential during the 3-day Exhibition stating that Zambia was very open for business
“Zambia is blessed with numerous raw materials, fresh water lakes, very arable land and most importantly, Zambia since independence has witnessed stability in its governance which is very key ingredient for investments” Said Musemuna.
According to the organizers of the China Trade Week CTW Kenya the Exhibition and B2B and B2G are meant to put to limelight cross border opportunities across the world to collaborate, learn and shape the future of trade and service industry.
